Vodori Featured on Newly Launched DreamChamps Site

Christine Mortensen // in Vodori Culture

We are always on the lookout for great folks to work with and if you haven’t taken a look at our careers page lately let me tell you that WE’RE HIRING! So when Jill Felska and Jenn Korducki Krenn stumbled across Vodori to ask if we would let them come in to film our office for their new venture, DreamChamps, we were more than happy to welcome them and get to know us better.

DreamChamps mission can be summed up best in one sentence, “life is too short to do work you hate.” We couldn’t agree more, which is why we emphasize and actively work on our culture so much. Creating a great place to work doesn’t just happen; it has to be championed from the top down (and back up again).

To fulfill this mission DreamChamps strives to unite people with companies who understand that culture is key as well as “provide inspiration and education to both individuals and companies on what steps facilitate better workplaces and more fulfilling jobs”.

DreamChamps even hosts offline workshops to help you discover what you’re looking for and design your plan to get there. The first of these events starts December 6th with more details available on their events page.

The first step in their journey was reached this week with their official site launch and we can’t wait to see them reach many many more milestones down the road. So congratulations ladies!

Take a look at our video featured on the DreamChamps site and let us know what you think.
