- Marketing Strategies - Often supported by the websites we create
- SEO/SEM - To make sure our work is seen
- Content Management Systems - To make those websites manageable by mere mortals

- A really good understanding of OO programming
- Some great Java experience, relevant to the Web
- A desire to keep learning and growing
- A desire to teach your peers what you've learned
