We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Technical Lead to own the technical delivery track for our projects and guide development teams from project inception through delivery. Responsibilities include the following:
- Interface with customers, both in person and remotely, to understand user needs
- Transform functional requirements into a technical solution design
- Decompose technical design into an actionable work plan
- Assign, prioritize, and manage development tasks
- Mentor and build consensus across the development team
- Work with project manager to mitigate risks and devise contingency plans
Your qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field (MS a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience as a software development manager or team lead
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience with Java and RDBMS
- Strong technical skills and the ability to dive deep
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- Experience with Agile methodology
