Sopraffina // Site Redesign and Migration to PCI-Compliant Infrastructure
Situation:
The Rosenthal Group (operators of Sopraffina Marketcaffe, Tratoria #10, and Poag Mahones’s in Chicago) is one of Vodori’s oldest and “favoritist” clients. Vodori relaunched Sopraffina.com in 2006, developing a rich order entry and management system while preserving the previous look and feel.
Fast forward to October of 2010. The website has officially reached its 4th birthday. Now long overdue for a retouch, Vodori is currently working with the Sopraffina team to modernize the design and echo the in-store experience.
Toss in the growing volume of traffic on the site and more mature security standards. Sopraffina’s infrastructure needed an upgrade to comply with credit card processors' rules for data security.
Solution:
Working closely with the Sopraffina team, Vodori successfully redesigned the Sopraffina.com website (launching in early Q2) to preserve the best of Sopraffina’s brand identity while updating the overall user experience. Items are easier to find. Ordering is more intuitive. Food gets to visitors’ doors faster.
In addition, by migrating the website to Vodori’s premier managed hosting partner in a specially configured, virtual private cloud, the website complies with PCI guidelines for data security.

We love to brag about our work and it is even better when we can show you.

We adopted an office-recycling program and switched all our disposables to compostable products.
